For the last six months, I’ve been traveling around Massachusetts in search of the perfect beans. I met incredible roasters, but one in particular stole my heart: a retired Navy officer and his wife who turned their backyard family barn into a small-batch roastery. Over the years, they’ve perfected their craft — and now I’m proud to use their beans to bring you a truly exceptional cup.

Of course, great beans deserve the right equipment. That’s why we brew using SCAA-certified coffee makers, designed to produce top-quality coffee. They heat to the ideal temperature for flavor extraction, ensuring every cup is rich, balanced, and aromatic.

I converted a 1978 Kingston two-horse trailer — a sturdy vintage model known for its durability — into a cozy mobile coffee café. It took time, dedication, and plenty of love, but transforming that trailer was one of our favorite parts of the journey.
